A stunning listed building, situated half-way between South and Central piers on 18-20 Alexandra Road in Blackpool. A hidden gem of a hotel and the Golden Mile’s newest, best kept secret – introducing 18/20 Boutique Rooms and Suites.

We are proud to welcome guests to enjoy their unique staycation with us.

The property has been carefully and thoughtfully renovated. Retaining the best of it’s original features such as gargoyles on exterior doorways, arched windows, and wonderfully high ceilings. These walls have a rich history to remind you that it has been welcoming visitors to Blackpool for over a century, but now with splashes of colour and retro furniture the new owners have brought it bang up to date for instagrammable appeal.

All rooms are non-smoking if evidence of smoking is found in the room or tampering with smoke alarms a £100 charge for deep cleaning will be incurred.

Early or late check-out can be arranged at an additional fee
If your booking is made via a third party company please refer to your cancellation policy. If you have any queries regarding your cancellation, then this must be taken up with the company/OTA you booked through, not the hotel itself. The hotel will not be held responsible for cancellations outside the cancellation period.
 
Non-refundable bookings will not be refunded or offered an alternative day to stay. We advise guests to take out holiday insurance which will insure you for any unforeseen reason for not being able to stay.

A £100 damage deposit is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there isn’t any damage to the property.  £100 charge for smoking in the room

We do not offer extra beds in rooms

 The hotel cannot accept liability for any loss, damage or theft to vehicles and their contents. Only authorised cars are allowed parking. All cars must be removed from the car park upon check-out, unless you have paid to park your car after check out and subject to availability. Cars not removed upon check-out or not paid to park your car after check out will be towed at owners costs.

Exceptional rooms and very comfortable

"It's a short walk to the beach and many amenities. I was on a work trip, therefore did not get an opportunity to take in the sights, however 1820 is in an ideal location for a break in Blackpool. The rooms were spotlessly clean with modern furnishings and the staff were extremely helpful. I would definitely return for a longer stay."
